Greg is very knowledgable and reliable. I was able to compete both lenders and brokers, and Greg was politely consistent in trying to get me a better deal than his competition.

He helped me understand both the rates and the terms of various commitments. He knows every lenders' rules about buydowns, resets, etc when interest rates move around during the application process.

He was completely straighforward and guessed accurately at how long the process would take. He made the application process easy. When the lender fell a week behind, he got me a free extension. I cannot think of how the results or the service could have been better.
